Hosted 3CX, Yealink T58W Pro phones. Currently set to attended transfer as default. To transfer, user hits the transfer button, presses the BLF key of the recipient, tells recipient that they will transfer the call and presses transfer again. In the case that they wanted to send this call directly to the user's voicemail, how would they do that? Pressing transfer, *4{extension}, transfer, does not work.

Under the PBX settings<<Dial codes, is the *4 dial code configured?

I tested this and is working properly. What is the firmware version of the phone?

Sorry this is not doable. You have to do it manually by typing.

For example to transfer to user 100 voicemail you:

1. Press Transfer button
2. Dial *4100
3. Press Transfer button again

Yes, thank you, it works fine. My users were doing Transfer, *4 [BLF Key]

Once I got them to type the actual extension number, it all worked as it should.

Glad to know that this working as expected ;)
