Hi, my client has two cordless STUN Yealinks, connected in two different offices (two different cities). When trying to transfer the call with hold the call appears to be transferred from the 3CX dashboard, but the caller continues to hear the music on hold. There is no active "accept multiple calls" function, why does it behave like this?

Do you have support re-invite ticked in trunk options settings? if so try to uncheck and do a new test

Hi, it is not selected, I also tried to select it but nothing.

do you use a 3CX supported trunk?

Yes, and the transfers between cordless and desk telephone work well, it is only between the cordless phones of the two offices that do not work.

is it doing the same with transfer from internal extensions ?
Do you use RFC2833 DTMF mode ?

Actually to transfer I use the quick keys of the Yealink cordless phone.

ok surely why it's not working, using keys on phone use the DECT BASE feature and not 3CX

Also do you try a blind transfer or supervised one ?

On the 3cx dashboard in active calls it is clearly seen that the call is connected to the extension to which I transfer it, only that the caller continues to listen to the music on hold.

Phones are supported by 3CX.

Blind transfers work.

Connect to Yealink GUI DECT base and check in transfer Item if all mode are enabled
