Transferring chat to queue feature

This is an active idea/feature request over here, and it's a really important feature for us. This is coming to V18, but I'm curious if this is planned for StartUP, too. If not, I'd really like to see the ability to initiate an outbound chat from a queue, rather than having it hidden in one agent's purview with no way to transfer it so other agents can see the chat. We are using outbound SMS regularly.
