Translations of voicemail to text.

I saw in our enterprise version of 3cx a option to use 3cx as the translation service for voicemails. Set it up and it worked great, I have a customer who would also like the service, but they have a pro license and that is not available. I was thinking of upgrading them to enterprise, but I also read that this was going to be a free 3cx product till the end of last year, it still works but how much longer will it be a free service and is it only available on hosted by 3cx systems??

@Mick Lenton we are glad to hear you like the new 3CX AI services. With 3CX, you can choose from three transcription providers - Google, 3CX, or OpenAI - each offering unique benefits. This flexibility allows you to select the best fit for your business.
As mentioned in our Blog, the 3CX AI is available free for a short time to try it out. We have not announced yet when it will convert to a paid feature, so please stay tuned to our blog page for the latest updates. In the meantime, it is possible to use the 3CX AI or the other two with any type of deployment ie. 3CX Hosting, Self-hosted or on-premise.
