Nick et al, I am unable to DM you but just wanted to drop you a line - "edossantos" has totally gone "above and beyond" to assist me with creation of (to me) a very tricky CRM template.

For all the times I hit a need to compromise to continue using 3cx, having a guy help out like he has today - has really made a nightmare just go away for me.

Thank you all - but especially Emesto - he's a credit to your organisation.
