Some colleague reported the same problem mentioned here:
https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/3cx-webmeeting-problems-on-ios-14.76260/post-347079

In short, the first time you use the app, it works. The second time something from the previous URL seems to linger, resulting in an invalid meeting URL. The workaround I found was to terminate the 3CX Webmeeting app after each meeting. Yesterday, I could reproduce this on an iPad with iOS 14.1 and the 3CX Webmeeting app (10.6.12). Terminating apps is not something the average user does and many don't even know how (SRSLY) and it shouldn't be necessary.

can you outline from where you open the URLs as I have never seen this before?
Is it a scheduled meeting and you leave it or just exit the app?

It's a scheduled meeting. The collegue reported that the app has been used successfully before but didn't work yesterday during a scheduled test meeting, no matter what we tried. The URL was opened from the mail app, which then opened Safari.
When I tried to reproduce it, I used a fully reset iPad and opened the link directly from Safari.
In either case we used the logout button from the meeting app, so the app was still open but the meeting was not.

the issue will be solved once you are updating to iOS 14.2.
In 14.X is a bug which does not copy the meeting URL into the app, nor can you long press on the URL and open it with 3CX WebMeeting APP from Safari/Mail directly. Technical speaking the user should never see the jump via Safari once the app is installed...

What happens the user tried to join an old meeting which did not exist anymore.
Killing the app clears the URL and it becomes more obvious that the URL needs to be added...

Ok, thanks for the information. So far, iOS 14.2 doesn't seem to available here. As soon as I can check this with iOS 14.2, I'll report should this issue still exist.
