Trunk (Cheapconnect)

I’m stuck. I’m using the free version of 3CX and I’d like to add an existing trunk (Cheapconnect). However, I can only choose from the verified trunks. How can I do this?

Hello @Linda Ehrenhard,

In the 3CX SMB you can only use the supported trunks from the list in the Voice & Chat section when you add a trunk.
The Generic SIP Trunk option is only available in the dedicated installations of Pro and Enterprise editions.
