trunk limit

Hi, so i have a problem here
My client is using the 3CX - V20 and he wanted to limit one of the trunks to be used only by one extension, any other extension shouldn't be able to use it for outbound calls, but this isn't happening, all the call are using this trunk
we already made some outbound rules using only this extension, and also used this configuration:

But of course we changed the "limit to" to the extension, but nothing works
any ideia?

Hi @fernandaamwlo

If you navigate to the outbound rules and edit the one you want to put a limit on, you can add which extensions are allowed to make a call using that outbound rule as shown below.
You can also limit the outbound rule by adding a specific department, and only members of that department will be allowed to make calls using that outbound rule.
