Hello,

I've got a few of our customers using duoFAX which has been fine.

However, i've had a few encounters where they'll charge £50 out of the blue and send emails stating top up credit is expiring. Seems to be occurring too often to not make me supsicious.

Does anyone have an alternative (reputable) recommendation for sending fax over the internet?

Thanks.

We just need to be able to send a few faxes a month.

First link is over the top and Malwarebytes blocks the 2nd link.

I'm looking at soho66.co.uk as they're British and 7p per page or £1.99pm for 50 pages.

Probably end up going with them.

If your volume is that low you could go with the single licence as we did, share the printer and route the fax by simply printing it
At $115 US to purchase that is a pretty good deal. You would then need install it and connect it to either 3cx or a supported Voip provider directly and your recurring charges are that of cost to send a fax through the provider, for us its less than $1.00 on our busiest month. You remain in control and its fairly easy to configure.

Aye yeah thats more effort then i want to put in. Especially for old tech.

soho66 lets users send fax via their Outlook so at 7p a fax (and about 3 faxes a month), the PAYG model is best for us.
