Trying to add SIP trunk - provider not available in drop down list

Hi everyone,

Just set up a VoIP account with one of the supported providers from the 3CX provider list (voip.ms), but when trying to add the trunk, the provider is not listed as selectable.

Using the 3CX StartUP Free option - am I restricted to only certain providers, does anyone know? VoIP.ms is a supported provider according to the provider list, which is why I'm confused.

Voip.ms is not available in the 3CX StartUP as there are very specific requirements for the StratUP version. You can port your numbers to an available provider for StartUp or you can go with a different offering of the PBX that allows access to the management console and you can use any provider you want.
Voip.ms is available in all other versions of 3CX.
