trying to keep alive

i have have found it very straitforward to register my lg ally 'droid' phone to my 3cx pbx, but I would like to keep the connection alive. Unless my lg ally is hooked to its power adapter, it looses the registration after a few minutes. Any suggestions?

Sorry, but it is slightly uncear.
Do you use 3CXPhone for Android or you have problem to register other SIP phone on 3CX PBX?

Is it possible that you are using WiFi and there is a power-saving mode in the Ally? Did you check the "Lock WiFi" setting in Integration settings? It should be on.
