I was trying to integrate 3cx talk url into my website which is hosted over the s3 bucket. I tried all the possible way but it's not working. I don't know where is the issue, can you please suggest me the possible root cause for this?

Issue: Live Chat Widget is not appearing on the website.

Website URL: https://xxxxxxx.cloudfront.net

3CX Talk URL (Direct Link): https://xxxx.3cx.cloud/hXXXXXhat

Confirmed Status: The website is correctly whitelisted, the agent is available/online, and the browser console shows no errors. but still it's not working.

Hi,

You did not copy and paste the code exactly as provided by us here:

Hi KyriacosS_3CX
Thanks for your response, I have performed your suggested steps but still i am getting same error.
this concise summary of the steps I've taken so far:
  1. Issue: 3CX Live Chat Widget is failing to appear on my website (https://xxxxx2nr0lojz.cloudfront.net).
  2. Server/Chat Details:
  3. Troubleshooting Confirmed:
    • The website is correctly whitelisted in the Live Chat settings.
    • The latest code snippet (<call-us-selector&gt is used.
    • The destination agent is logged in and Available.
    • There are no errors in the browser console.
  4. I don't what's the issue, i tried so far as per best knowledge, checked online resources. There maybe like SSL, CORS, or WebRTC that reject but actual reason don't know specific to the xxxxxnr0lojz.cloudfront.net domain.

Hi,

On your website you have the following:

While the export from our system would look like:

As this are not the same, some editing was clearly done.

Hello,

I don't where i am doing mistakes, but i tried all the possible way, but i am unable to fix this issue. the bad part is that i m not good in coding.

You need to paste what is given by the PBX as is - if you don't make changes and just paste that at the bottom of your web page, it should work.

I did, copy and paste the whole code into bottom of my index.html code and upload the same over the s3 bucket and did hard refresh. but not working.

Well, as you define a URL when creating the code on the PBX, it is linked to only that.

You can always create another Live Chat and link that to your cloudfront URL - they are only limited to appear on one URL/website, otherwise other people would be putting your live chat link in their pages.

Now understand the concept of using the 3cx talk url.

Again now, I edit the url and added the required url and then copy the code and added the same to my index file and upload the same but it's not working.

Let me explain you, what I tried to achieve here, I have created a static website using AWS s3. and url of s3 is http and during my troubleshooting this issue, i came to know that it will not works as 3cx talk url is redirecting it to https.

So, i have created cloudfront and redirect the s3 bucket url to cloudfront to resolve this from http to https.

So i want to use this "https://xxxxsg2nr0lojz.cloudfront.net/" url instead of my s3 url "http://xxxxshat.in.s3-website.ap-south-1.amazonaws.com/"

I would depend on what the server & browser think the true hostname is. If you have a proper domain/hostname with SSL this should not be an issue.

Now, can you suggest what to do now. I want to have talk URL over the CloudFront URL, instead of s3 bucket. As per design I perform the task but it's not working.

As I mentioned 3cx talk is visible now using s3 URL but one strange thing i notice. it's showing two icon one is highlighted and active another one is un-highlighted and Grey out as shown in the screenshot attached, secondly chat is working but call function it not working.
