Solved Trying to Migrate to 3cx hosted

I am currently using AWS for hosting and trying to migrate to 3cx hosting but when i click migrate i get the following error.

This license key is registered to a version 18.0 currently not supported by PBX Express.
You may contact our customer service for further assistance.

As per info, you need to contact 3cx customer services to downgrade the license to ver 16 that works with PBX Express.
