Hi all,
I've posted previously asking for help with calls between 3CX systems with TTB SIP Trunks as they always display the wrong Caller ID.
I have provided captures that prove that both 3CX systems are sending the correct FROM caller ID and this is only an issue when both systems are using TTB/Tipicall SIP Trunks.
The original post was closed for comments as I had to go back to TTB for help and after about 2 months, I have finally received the response below:
"Sorry about the delay on this, our 3rd Line have informed me the presented number is being stripped and replaced by what is presented in the PAI header. This is set network behaviour for on-net calls and not something that we can change on our end.
To resolve the issue for your client they will need to change what they are presenting in the PAI to the to the number they want to present."
Whilst this explains the behaviour, I'm not sure how I resolve this?
Can anybody help?
Thanks
Scott
