TTNC Config

I have now get the 3cx system up and running and seems to work well, i have added a linksys to link to the analogue BT line and after a few issues with volume it is now great. Just bought a number through TTNC and need advise on how i configure this to go to the 3cx system, any help or advise would be great they have options to forward to sip , iax and h.323, need to know which one i use and what i enter if possible.

After a little further reasearch which ever option i pick it seems to want a username@ rather than just sip.mydomain.co.uk any one advise what username i should use ? is this an extension number or group number ???
