Turn off email notifications to admins? (v20)

Hello,

I recently upgraded one of my customers to v20 and since two of the extensions (owners) are admins, they now receive all the email alerts. This is new to v20 as far as I can tell, since previous versions allowed email alerts to be sent to just one email address (mine).

I found the Dashboard -> Notification section but that appears to allow enabling and disabling types of alerts as a whole and not for specific users. The top of that sections also says emails are sent to admins without a way to change that.

Is there a way to disable alerts to admins and have them sent only to the system owner, same as before?

The admins will always be notified, as the events are admin events.

The only options you have to add are the owners and separate emails, but the admins are hard coded to be on always.
