Twilio generic SIP Trunk - issues with registration new sip accounts

Hello everyone,
is there any limit in Twilio to register more than 10/20 SIP accounts per one SIP domain? Old phones are working, but when i'm trying to register new phones i have an issue - SIP account is not register.

I have this error:
