Solved Twilio inbound caller ID name

Hello, I am new to 3cx. I am using twilio as my sip trunk, and everything is working correctly except for caller ID. When a call comes into 3cx it displays the number but not the name. I also need to figure out how to set the outbound caller ID name, whether that be through 3cx or the twilio console somewhere. Anyone have any ideas? Or are there any other sip trunk providers that "just work" with regards to caller ID names?

Twilio currently supports CNAM lookup for US based numbers only.

Also Twilio does not provide a means for you to set your outbound Caller ID Name.

What country are you in? Does Twilio have a template in 3cx or was it a manual configuration?

I'm in the US, and I knew twilio could do lookups but couldn't figure out how to make it happen. Ended up switching to Telynx and everything works out of the box. Thanks for the reply though
