I have a customer using Twilio for SMS and some MMS.
While troubleshooting an unrelated issue sending SMS messages to a specific carrier they made me aware of issues receiving MMS messaged. He receives what looks like it should be an MMS message but it never actually loads. Below is what comes through, and when selecting "download" when hovering over the bottom right corner nothing happens.
I've gone through all the settings, ensured the Webhook is up to date (V3 not V1) customer is on V18 update 3 (update 4 was just officially released yesterday). Is there something I'm missing that would cause this?
