twilio outbound calls with password auth rather than ip?

I have my 3cx setup with IP based authentication, it works well until my IP changes (I have dynamic ip and it does change, at least it changed few times already

I did try to change to register/account based but it does not seem to work. does this function work? how can I make it work so its not based on ip?

This is not something Twilo support, I raised this myself with them last year, see below for the response i had.

"We don't offer registration for SIP trunks. We do offer registration with our SIP Interfaces product, if that might fill your needs. https://www.twilio.com/docs/voice/api/sip-registration"
