Twillio SMS message not recieved by a DDI

we have 3 numbers setup for sms all 3 send fine but a few numbers to one of the numbers does not get received.

Its not showing as an error in twillio all 3 numbers configured the same its really strange it doesnt show in any twillio logs. error or revieved.

it was on v18 so upgraded v20 still the same its only 3 or 4 numbers not getting through on the 1 ddi all others are fine ?

any thoughts

Hi,

There are some blocks in some countries/networks with sending to SMS numbers if they are not properly registered especially. But since this are not seen on twilio, you should be asking them for a proper explanation.

this is complexly uk in fact one of the mobile numbers not working is my own it works flawlessly on 2 ddi and incoming to 3cx it does not get in no error on twillio reports. we have many sites using sms so not new to us deleted groups that was live so if was a conversation locked it would be unlocked. it doesnt make sense I even made it error with mistakes to fail which it did fixed and still no incoming from certain numbers. all outgoing is fine and repeated tests on other ddi work fine its the same numbers on this one ddi it doesnt work.

Just to clarify, on twilio do you see the incoming SMS? Is twilio reporting that it was delivered to your PBX?

There are a couple of possibilities here. The numbers that are not working were in a conversation with another user which was never closed so they are bound to that user or the messages are not making it to 3CX.

Try the following, go to your trunk and edit the number you are having issues with. Add a digit to the end and save it. Then go back in and delete that number. Then try sending an SMS to it again. This will auto-close any conversations that are currently associated with it.
