two separate 3cx systems in the cloud, two companies, comingle options?

I have a customer that runs two companies at the same location and wants to be able to have the same user answer / make calls for both companies, each company is its own separate instance of 3cx hosted cloud running. Thoughts?

I suggest bridging the systems together so that calls can be made and received via one extension on either PBX.
