I've read about ability to make calls from your voice mailbox menu.
It's wonderful feature, but is there a way to simplify this procedure? For example:
1.Automatic login to voice mailbox by callers id (from mobile phone).
2.Automatic login by callers id and direct dialing by dtmf to external voip trunk. (from mobile this would look like: [extension number]p[long distance number]).
3.Setup DID for specific caller id's to forward to external number entered in dtmf.
In our company remote users don't have time to login to mail box and go throw menus of voice mail. It takes to much time and they call directly at high cost rates, so I'm looking for second or third solution. We could get short number for extension and dialing would by pretty easy from mobile phones (1588p18005558355). So can 3cx provide such functionality and if not, is it planed in near feature.
