We have 3 incoming Bell business lines and a late model Dell Server running MS SBS professional with 10 seat license. Fairly short runs of cable to workstation computers.
Our intention is to purchase one of the newly introduced Grandstream Networks 4 line Analogue gateways and 7 of their GXP-2000 phones.
Although some bells and whistles down the road would be nice our main concern is just getting in place a fairly simple pbx for our 7 employees.
One salesperson expressed concern we would even consider a new windows based IP VOIP solution and also thought we should run our IP PBX off a separate server as we could see some voice degradation if run thru our office server.
Any comments?
