Please, I want to ask the team who is caring about the uelastix, to upload it as image file so we can write it to the SD card easily using any under windows software like win32.

asterisk for raspberry-pi always upload their file as an image file and make the life so easy to burn it on the SD, but for sorry you make it more difficult with these procedures!

Yes the img file would make it a lot easier.

Oh yes, please do so (as all other raspberry pi "OS" distributors do).

The way described in the how to is a giant p*** in the *** for windows users.... :S

Just put a live-cd of a linux of your choice, and you can do the partitionning and untar the files.

So easy !

same "problem" here.

Can i use the standard version and select the SD-card and then use?
(not that the elastix version are modify)

I've followed the instructions on the uElastix.com site, to the letter, and the resulting card hasn't worked once. The Pi flashes its' green light three times (which suggest a boot partition issue), and stops there.

It is especially annoying that it doesn't work as we purchased the microUCS and it came in a non-functional state (i.e. the SD card included with the system didn't even boot correctly).

I would like to get an image file for the microUCS, since the procedure on the uelastix.com site is unreliable.

If that is not possible - who do I contact to get a replacement SD card (or return the whole system + handsets if that replacement SD card is not available)?

I have identical issue with uElastix and Raspberry PI.
I have created partition and filesystems on sd 4 times using different cards. I have tried to modificate conf files, but the final effect is always the same.

I can boot any other systemm dedicated for raspberry pi but not uElastix.

Is there any way to run uElastix on the raspberry? Maybe use other boot image?

Take a look at this post, viewtopic.php?f=10&t=127062 follow it as prescribed and it will load. I would pay attention to the type of SD cards you are using as some SD cards won't work as required. I would check out Raspberry Pi site for a list of good quality cards.
