UK Ringback Tone on German Server

We cannot understand how to update the localization of the ringback, or ringing tone, for the 3cx soft phone. We have the following versions:

3cx client version: 16.3.0.220
3cx Professional Perpetual Version: 16.0.9

The PBX is hosted in the West Europe region of Azure (Amsterdam). We’re pretty sure that Germany was selected as the setup country (the country of preference).

When our 3cx Windows clients receive a 180 RINGING (no SDP) from the PBX, they are producing the UK ringback tone here:

However, we want the 3cx Windows soft phones to produce this ringback on a 180 RINGING (no SDP):
https://www.3amsystems.com/World_Tone_Database?q=Germany,Ringback_tone

We cannot find any setting for this. Anyone know how to update this?

I tried this out on my system (german), and I can confirm it shows the same behaviour as you see. I think this is nothing new, it works like this since a long time or even since the very beginning of v15. I simply did not notice it because I dont care about it.
I dont think anyone else then 3cx is able to fix this problem.
