UK Support number

Hi...

Unbelievably frustrated as I am trying to get a hold of UK support for a client who has paid for it but I cannot find a telephone number anywhere and don't have their login details. Can anyone help? Thanks.

If you are a 3CX Partner then log in your Partner Portal... there you will find the phone number(s) of your Technical Support Contact

My partnership level doesn't give me the phone number sadly so I can't get to them. As an affiliate, they don't give me the number any more. Frustrated.

FYI if you buy through their Gold Distribution Partner then support for 3CX is Free of Charge.

You must be an existing customer/re-seller and purchase via them however.
