Hi Team,

I just installed 3cx on-prem server on Debian.
I've completed the initial configuration too.
Now the issue is, when i try to access the host using ssh from a windows machine in the same network,
I'm getting the error "Permission denied (Public Key, password)
Could someone please let me know what should be done to access the host machine?

Thank you in advance.

use CMD

Code:
del %userprofile%\.ssh\*.* /f /q

Is it true that instead of using the password, using OpenSSH-compliant key is the preferred method to access the host?

Also, is it true that because it is a debian iso customized by 3cx, we wont be able to access the command interface even from the vmware console?

Sorry I missed off something from the command.

you can still access root from the ISO just not when its 3CX hosted.

Code:
del %userprofile%\.ssh\*.* /f /q

assuming youre using CMD?

No, i'm not able to access as root.
Yes, I tried using cmd and Putty to access. Both were denying the access.

Open CMD and run the command I gave you.
