After an update, I can't access the user details pane or phones pane within the web ui.

I keep getting an Internal Server Error when trying to view them.

Is this a self hosted or an SMB installation?

It's self hosted. Originally I was having issues with posting the full details so I will try again here..

Our system updated to v20 U1 sometime within the last two weeks (we have automatic updates enabled).

After that, any attempt to access the users or phones tab fails, the verbose logs show an event similar to the following:
Code:

We currently have 4 SIP phones attached, three Polycom VVX devices conntected using an SBC, and one SNOM D785. We also have a second SBC but it currently isn't being used since I can't access the users or phones page to add the device.

Have you restarted the services and the issue is still there?

Yes, I have done service restarts, and a full instance reboot.

Is there any custom template?

I don't know, I can't access system overview (it gives a 500 error the last time I tried it)..

---> System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at ConfigurationManagementModel.Phones.SIPDevice..ctor(IPhoneSystem phoneSystem, ICfgTemplateInfoProvider provider, IMultiaccountDeviceRepository multiaccountDeviceRepository, IVersionService versionService, RegistrarRecordEx reg, DN dn, Func`2 resolver)
This error here indicates that this is the issue.
Now in the Dashboard you can select the Overview option, this will show if there is any custom template:

I can't access that at the moment, it gives a 500 error message. How would I go about removing the custom template since I can't access the phones tab or the users tab, or the system overview?

The 500 error is when you try to access the PBX?

No, it's when I try and click overview that it presents a 500 error.

You can SSH to the machine and check if in this location you have any custom template.
