Unable to activate new license

Hello guys,

we are running v20 update 4, and tomorrow our license will expire, tried to replace it with the new one, but unfortunately getting this error:

But we do have Enterprise license, so how can we activate new license we recieved from 3CX reseller then?

You will need to contact your partner to clarify further as you have to renew the existing license and not replace.
