Solved Unable to call UK Landline numbers

Hi Guys,

I have DID Logic SIP (UK) trunk and able to call UK mobile numbers, unfortunately unable to call UK landline numbers.

07/26/2022 4:09:53 PM - Call to T:Line:10001>>44161612XXXX@[Dev:sip:[email protected]:5060] from L:49.1[Extn:XXXX] failed, cause: Cause: 603 Declined/INVITE from XX.XXX.XXX.XX:5060

Can someone help me to resolve the issue.

Regarding your question, what is the IP address that is X'd out? XX.XXX.XXX.XX:5060, presumably this IP address belonging to the VoIP provider? If so, then this will be where you need to check why they are declining the call with a 603 sip message.

What have you got doing the E164 conversion? if you dial a 0 instead of 44 does it work?

If you check the Activity Log, are numbers to landlines, in the same format? No + , or other prefixes, ahead of the 44?

If the numbers are the same format, it might be a caller ID issue, where the mobile provider that the call is passed to doesn't care, but the provider handling the landline call is a bit more picky.

Issue resolved, it is just because of the per call price limit calls were declined.

I am glad your issue is resolved, but as stated, and for future reference, it is always best to check with the provider first since they are the ones rejecting the calls.
