I have configured a SIP account on 3CX free and can make a call to USA but when I try dialing to Indian number, I get this -
Call from [XXX] to [+91XXXXXX] has been rejected by the 3CX Country Blocking Feature [+91]. Reason: +91XXXXXX contains Prefix +91. Calls to +91 are not allowed by the system. Resolution: To allow this call access the Admin Console, Advanced, Allowed Country Codes and enable the country or continent that matches this prefix.
I don't find the option within the portal to enable the country. Can anyone help?
