I purchased two brand new Cisco phones (CP-7965G, CP-8861) to show. A client stated that he would give me the business but he wanted Cisco phones.
Upon changing the FTP settings on the CP-7965G, I have never been able to get back on the phone again.
It just keeps rebooting as per enclosed pictures. I have followed the instructions to reset it as found on the internet but it just keeps rebooting.
The CP-8861 just says "detecting network..." and never connects.
Any suggestions on how to get back on the phone to try to reconfigure them are greatly appreciated.

Not sure how to resolve your issue

These phones are not supported on 3cx , supported phones https://www.3cx.com/sip-phones/

Question to ask, why does the client want Cisco - many other supported phones as good as Cisco I.e yealink, fanvil

That's exactly what I asked. My first demo was using Polycom and then Yealink.
Thanks for replying.

Hi Rocco,

Unfortunately we do not support those models so we cannot provide assistance.

You might have have better luck asking on a Cisco community forum.

It's quite possible you might be able to recover them using TFTP along with DHCP Option 150 or 66
