Unable to create a new license key for client

Hello,

We are currently in the process of building a 3cx platform for a new client. Unfortunately, we are unable to get a license key for them. Getting the following message: ERROR: This customer is already registered and cannot be submitted.


Is there any way to bypass this error? Tried using brand-new email, new phone number, everything except the Address, so I'm assuming it is tied to physical address, and I do not wish to use up someone else's address.

They possibly already have a 3cx service with another partner/reseller. We have no way to get in touch with them to take over their license key. How do we go about creating a new key for them?

Have managed to create a key by going to https://www.3cx.com/phone-system/download-phone-system/ instead of getting it from the customer portal. Doesnt seem very efficient, but works nonetheless.
