Solved Unable to dial 3cx extension from teams.

Is this possible? I see this in the dialplan, ^(\d{4})$
Of course teams adds a full e.164 so when dialing extension 1000 it shows +XX1000 in 3cx and fails.

It shouldn't. Did you have any other Teams config before using 3CX Direct Routing?

I did but removed it before doing this. Will take a better look.

it was the teams calling policy which was not mentioned on the clean up section of the FAQ. working now
