Solved Unable to get Whatsapp messaging to work

Hi,

I've followed the manual for setting up the 3cx whatsapp intergration multiple times but I can't get it to work.

The phone number is verified, a valid payment method is bound to the whatsapp business account.
Only the display name hasn't been accepted yet, but this isn't required right, to be able to message to the number?

Also I've noticed the phone number has to be verified every so often, probably because of inactivity?

If I try to add the phone number as a contact it gives me the option to invite them to Whatsapp.
Does anybody have any ideas what could be going wrong?

Also I would like to add 2 extra numbers in the same whatsapp business account, is this possible? Or does it require a seperate profile for each number?

Are you setting the number on Meta? is the number linked to facebook app?

Yes you can add upto 20 numbers

Thank you for responding to my issue.
I am setting up the number but after I have verified it, I still can't send messages to it using whatsapp.
Only the display name is on hold, but this isn't required right for it to work.

In the image below a screenshot of the page after setup, after every month is asks to reverify, probably because it is never used.

It seems I've solved it, after verifying the number again and regenerating the Access Token, that I had already generated, it seems to resolve itself within minutes.
Got the first number to work, now just have to wait out the verifying for the other numbers because you can only do two calls in a X amount of time.
