Unable to login / reset password

Hi.
We have quite a few 3CX instances all of which are hosted barring one which is on 3CX SMB. If i login to portal.3cx.com I can see the instance listed but I cannot login to it. It takes me to the cx.cloud/#/login page but none of the logins work. If I click the reset password we get no email (checked spam, Ironscales blocking etc) Where can I go from here?

Are you trying to reset the credentials for the System Owner extension?

Yes. I need to be able to login to get the login creds for the IP phones attached.

If this is an SMB installation you need to use the FQDN in format:
https://xxxx.3cx.cloud/webclient/

in order to login, is this the case?

Correct, So we click in the portal the instance which takes us to the associated 3cx - in this case https://1519.3cx.cloud/#/login - its here we cannot login

You are using the email or the extension number to login?

Email but it used to login directly when we logged in via Google

Can you try with the extension number?
