Unable to make call

For some reason I cant make calls incoming calls are fine but for some reason outgoing i ether get call forbidden by admin if i use standard number and unknown number if using +44 number any help I would be very thankful.
All incoming calls work fine and have no issues receiving a call.

Hello @alonebfg , please check with your provider to confirm how they require the call format: with +44, 44, or without the country code. The "call forbidden by admin" message indicates that your SIP provider may be blocking the calls.

Check your event log to see the message and reason given by the PBX. This could be a country code or incorrectly configured outbound rule.

I have had a look and all it says is Route disabled I have tried everything,

Which code is it showing?



Click the link in the Event ID column to go to the events ID page and see the reason and first troubleshooting steps.

Check that your users are not disabled from making external calls



And chack that you have at least one valid outbound rule



Maybe show us a screenshot so we have a bit more context to go through. Help us to help you...

Found it thanks for all your help it was the outbound rule for some reason the id they gave me is different to the one that i log in with apparently a mess up there end and no-one spotted it
