I am unable to make international calls. I am monitoring the CLI and it appears that our system is interpreting the international call as an internal call. Can someone please tell me what I need to change?

I am trying to place an international call from the US to the UK.

Here is an example of the number that I am dialing: 011 44 20 7399 1234

Here is how I have our Outbound Route configured:

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

your patterns are wrong, it should be 011.
also, remove . from prefix field.
. (dot) should be part of pattern, not prefix

Thanks.

I was not the person that entered these. Can you please tell me what the "." in the prefix does and what moving it to after the pattern does?

I noticed after making this post that if I changed the "." in front of the "011" to a 9 that it worked if I dialed: 9 011 44 20 7399 1234
