Solved unable to provisioning GRP2614

Hi,

im in deployement or 3CX cloud hoted by 3CX with grandstream phone grp2614.

im not able to have popup extention and pin on the phone screen.

1- i have upgrade firmware from 3cx firmware
2- i have Factoru reset the phone
3- the Mac address is puplish on provisioning extention
4- the event log show : RPS request for GrandStream GRP-2614 IP Phone delivered successfully
5 direct on the phone maintenance/upgrade and provisioning i have place my provisioning Link https .

the issue is i never receve popup on the screen of the GRP2614 for login extention ?

is someone already have this issue ?

1. Include the basics so we can better understand your system setup:

• 3CX Version, = Standard Hosted by 3CX
• Server OS,hosted by 3CX
• Is the 3CX Server Hosted and where? hosted by 3CX
• IP Phone Make/Model/Firmware version, GrandStream GRP2614 Rel 1.0.5.67
• Provisioning Method:STUN
• Are custom Phone Templates being used:NO

Problem solve i found an option 66 for old server on my network
