Unable to reach 3CX License Activation Server

We can no longer ping activation.3cx.com and it shows our license expired but its not.

• Has the Firewall Checker passed: YES
• Are custom Phone Templates being used: NO

Its not possible to activate v15 3CX anymore. You need to upgrade to v18.

Thank you. I see the link and I have downloaded v18 Update2. So I will backup tonight, but do I need to uninstall like int he past and install 18?

Yes, you need to backup, uninstall, reboot server and install 3cx - same procedure as before

Don't forget to check the OS Requirements as they have changed since V15, especially if you are installing on Windows:
