Unable to Register Nexvortex

Hi All,

I'm new to the 3CX software and I am having trouble registering my Voip Provider, Nexvortex. The server logs say that registration failed... 401 Unauthorized. However, I have entered the username and password for my Nexvortex account. If anyone has any ideas they would be much appreciated.
