Solved Unable to Remotely Access Console on specific on-premise system

Hi,

I look after 5 x 3CX On-Premise systems for friends businesses supporting them, in the main, remotely. As part of this I also have a Direct-Stun remote extension from each of their systems.

All's good with my 4 originals and have recently set up a 5th site. When I initially activated that 5th system I had remote Access to console and remote extension working perfectly for abut 2 weeks. In last few days I have lost the remote access - both console and remote extension - to that 5th system (all my other sites are still remoting ok).

I put copied the url onto my working sites and from those I can access the 5th system remotely ok, and the remote extension works fine from those.

All Port redirections are ok & identical on the 5th system to the existing 4 systems

Any thoughts on this would be very much appreciated.

Sounds like your ip is blacklisted on that one site. Delete the blacklist entry and white list it instead.

Thank you everyone who responded - was being blocked by the remote router but was hidden from view when I looked round for the relevant IP.
