Solved Unable to see certain extensions

Hi,

This is probably something fairly obvious that I'm missing here, but someone else programmed and installed this system so I'm struggling to find out what's been done. We have a system with about 50 extensions. I have given one of them access to administer the system and made them a manager. But there are a handful of phones he can't see on the system when he logs in. I have compared 2 of the extensions, extn 201 he can see but 200 he can't. 200 and 201 are both in the same user group and I can't see any options that aren't the same on both extensions - yet he can only see one of them!

Any ideas would be appreciated, thanks.

Where is he looking to see these phones? Giving him admin access and manager are two different things. Is he logging in to web client or admin console?.. Im going to assume web client > People > Groups.


Go to the rights of EXT 200 and make sure the option for "show presence to group members" is enabled.
