"Unable to transmit your video stream"

Good morning,

we have since a few days suddenly the problem that we can not make video streams through our remote access VPN. A yellow triangle is displayed on oneself as well as on the members. "Unable to transmit your video stream". External access without remote access VPN still works. We didn't actually change anything on the VPN GW and FW and the problem came overnight. Did anyone have this too and maybe even a solution?

By the way, we do not see any blocked ports or similar anomalies on the firewall.

Hi,
it seems a routing problem when using the vpn. Video conference server uses 2 connections: 1 for commands (tcp over 443) and 1 for media (udp in the range 48000-65535 or fallback tcp 443). It seems that the media connection is blocked in some way. The strange thing is that data cannot go also through the falbback.
Could you make a self test (from the launchpad press self test) using the vpn and another test without using it. If you send us privately the troubleshoot archives (you can save it at the end of the test), we can help you to understand what happens comparing the 2 cases.
