Unable to uninstall previous version of 3cx (v1.0 webclient)

Hi!

We are currently facing issues with upgrading our 3cx app to version 20 (desktop app)

When attempting to uninstall the previous version we are getting multiple errors.

Unable to delete from control panel, via cmd etc.

Kindly suggest a method to help us proceed with the upgrade.
