Unalbe to add an extension that has previously been deleted

A few weeks ago I deleted an extension (105) and now I am trying to add it back. For some reason Elastix is ignoring it. It acts as if it is letting me create it but it does not show up in the extensions list. I tried to add it through the Free PBX interface but it has the same behavior.

I am able to add and delete other extensions without any issues but for some strange reason I cannot add extension 105?

We are running Elastix 2.2.0-14.

Any suggestions?

Welcome to The forum.

If I remember correctly version 2.2.0 had some real issues....others can correct me if I am wrong..... Can you do a back up and then do a upgrade to a newer version say 2.4? Otherwise you might check the bug list and see if there were some reported issues of that and any fixes. A simple update may just correct it also....just be sure to do a backup before you do.
