1.I changed unanswered calls = yes (etc/asterisk/cdr.conf), reload, but it is not working, logs are not showing any changes on CDR? How do I enabled it?
2. Can we edit the CDR disposition and add new ones? when you callout/callin and you did not answer, it is showing "no answer". we need to have it detailed as possible.
