Unconfigured DIDs call routing

Hello,

I have v18 now and some numbers are not configured in 3cx but are on same trunk as other numbers. But when I call that numbers that are not configured 3cx is forwarding that calls to ring group? How is that possible because if it is not configured it should not forward calls.

If the PBX is able to match the inbound call to your trunk then it is possible. 3CX has a function we call "catch all" which essentially routes incoming calls that do not have an inbound rule to the main trunk number destination of the trunk.
