We have a set of Ubiquiti SIP speakers that were working fine until the upgrade to version 6 of 3CX. They are no longer showing in 3CX. We reviewed all the settings, and they look correct. We even re-added the speaker to the extensions, but the extension is not showing active. Is it possible that a security enhancement blocked the connection?

Thank you!

Hi, these devices are not supported, you can manually configure them as mentioned in this document, further assistance with them you will need to contact Ubiquiti.

Wondering if @paolam found a solution? We are having a similar issue after upgrading to Update 6. The EDU speakers worked fine previously, even though they were not officially supported. I believe they use "baresip". We have followed the instructions to try re-adding them manually as a Generic SIP device, but still not working.

Nope, @xit-sdh they stopped working after upgrading to Update 6. I added them manually as a generic SIP and nothing. The customer stopped using it.

Thanks @paolam for responding! Sorry to hear the customer stopped using them. May I ask what you are using as a replacement? We have about 40 of the UniFi AP-AC-EDU devices deployed at one of our customers. These devices are unique because they combine a SIP speaker with a wireless AP using one PoE cable. I was able to get them working again with 3CX by downgrading the UniFi firmware, but we will need to replace them at some point in the near future since they are EOL. We have not been able to find anything similar.
